The votes are in! The Three winners received cash and prizes for best lights at our first annual Christmas lights contest! There were so many beautifully decorated homes to choose from. It was truly a magical night, both at the pavilion where everyone was invited to cast their votes, as well as all throughout our neighborhood.

Lots of good food and friendly faces showed up for our neighborhood BBQ in May. Like most events, this was largely sponsored by our board members and neighbors.

Special guest speaker and former POA president, Dave Philips, who is helping correct some of our drainage issues, spoke with us to explain the issues and plans moving forward. Vice President, Richard Wallace is working with Dave as well and can answer any questions about the project. We will post further updates in the future.

With hot chocolate, popcorn and cookies.. Santa and sleighbells and toys.. fun activities and even a bounce house! Everyone had a great time at the Christmas Party.
