Forester’s Retreat POA is a nonprofit organization chartered in 1969 by developer Clark G. Thompson. The purpose of the POA is to maintain a desirable residential neighborhood as well as maintaining the park, paying due taxes on POA properties and common areas, and assisting as all possible should any disaster affect us. The Board of Directors are property owners, and your neighbors, who freely volunteer their time and efforts.
